The tracts will be sold to the highest bidder. The highest bidder can take one tract, or buy them both. In the event there are two buyers of each tract, both tracts will be regrouped. There will be a 10% regrouping fee. If no one combines the tracts, the initial bidders will be the successful bidders. 

A 10% regrouping fee will be added to all tracts sold.

Terms of Sale:  A positive I.D. is needed to obtain a bid number. If bidding online you must register with Proxibid on our website. An Escrow deposit of 20% (cash or good check) is required the day of sale. The balance is due and payable on or before Tuesday June 28, 2022. Time is of the essence. The successful bidders shall be required to sign a purchase and sale agreement the day of the sale. No contract shall be contingent upon financing. All escrow deposits are non refundable, and will be applied to the purchase price. The Seller shall pay their prorated share of the real estate taxes and their closing costs. The buyer shall pay their own closing fees. The property shall be closed at the closing attorney of Buyers choice. The Seller shall close at the closing attorney of Sellers choice. If any greenbelt taxes are due, it shall be the Sellers responsibility to pay any greenbelt taxes. The property has been surveyed and staked into two tracts by Vick surveying dated June 23, 2021.
